You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted, unless due to product defects or shipping errors caused by us.
2. Qualified Return Conditions
Products must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Damaged, customized, or perishable items (e.g., food, cosmetics) are non-returnable, unless damaged during delivery.
3. Return Initiation Process
To start a return, log into your TERMINO account, go to “Order History”, select the relevant order, and submit a return request with details (e.g., reason for return, product photos if defective). Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
For non-defective items, you bear the return shipping cost. For items defective or incorrectly sent by us, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your reasonable shipping expenses upon receiving the returned product.
5. Product Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. We will approve the return only if it meets the eligibility conditions; otherwise, we will ship the item back to you.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. The refund amount excludes initial shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
7. International Return Notes
